Renate startet i Cutters i april 2020 som Regionleder for Bergen, Ålesund og Nord Norge. Hun har ledererfaring fra Gjensidige og ASKO Vest, og innehar en Bachelor innen Varehandelsledelse. I dag jobber Renate som Country Director Norge med overordnet ansvar for driften i Norge, og har personalansvar for Regionleder gruppen, Head of HR og Head of Academy.
