Mailen startet i Cutters i april 2023 og jobber med lønn, ESG og HR. Hun har tidligere erfaring fra restaurantbransjen, der hun blant annet har jobbet som HR Manager i Maaemo gruppen. Hun innehar en bachelor i økonomi og administrasjon fra USN, i tillegg til dette er hun utdannet som sommelier og er husets vinlotteriansvarlig.
