Camilla har tidligere jobbet med HR, personal og ledelse i Freska, og med rekruttering i rekrutteringsselskapet Bønes Virik. Hun har en bred bakgrunn fra både operativ og strategisk HR. I Cutters driver Camilla med et bredt spekter av HR-relaterte oppgaver samt at hun er ansvarlig for HMS-arbeidet i selskapet. Hun har studert arbeids- og organisasjonspsykologi ved UiB og Interkulturell kommunikasjon ved NLA.
