- Has experience as a hairdresser and loves cutting hair
- Can cut both women’s and men’s hair
- Speaks English at B1 level or higher
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and offering top service
- Likes product sales and giving professional advice
- Is responsible, positive, and a team player
- Is flexible and open to new routines
- Contributes to a good and inclusive working culture
